Our Cancellation Policy.

At Glonural Esthetics we understand that life happens. In order to maintain optimal flow of the business and respect the time of other clients, the following late/cancellation policy applies.

Late: If you are late please let us know as soon as possible. We have a 15-minute late policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your services due to surrounding appointments. At this time you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and cancellation policy fees will be applied.

Cancellation: Failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time or failure to be present to your appointment will result in the 25% deposit to be not refunded.
